Beginning a martial art for the first time can often be a nerve racking experience but at the Liverpool Kick Jutsu Academy, things are a little different!

Will it hurt?
No.  Kick jutsu is a controlled martial art that uses technique rather than brute force.
Will I be the only beginner?
No.  Sensei Ian Duncan takes on new students on a regular basis.  A majority of the students who attend are there for a variety of reasons mostly to improve health and well being.
Do I need to be fit?
No.  Not at first.  Kick Jutsu will enable you to work at your own pace to begin with and slowly build up your fitness levels using cardio vascular workouts.
What does a typical class consist of?
Warms up; stretching; padwork; technique; grappling and floor work; stamina/pad drills, cooldown.
